Features of the Yamaha “TRACER9 GT+”

Yamaha “TRACER9 GT+” (European model)
The current model employs ACC (Adaptive Cruise Control), a function that uses a millimeter-wave radar at the front of the vehicle to detect the presence and distance of a vehicle ahead and follow that vehicle, but this time a new radar has been added to the rear. It is also equipped with BSD (Blind Spot Detection), a function that detects vehicles approaching from behind and displays them in the mirror. It
also features a new automatic transmission, Y-AMT (Yamaha Automated Transmission), which eliminates the need to operate a clutch lever or shift pedal, and in combination with ACC, significantly reduces the burden of operation, making it even more comfortable to ride as a sports tourer.
Furthermore, the new model comes with a host of new features and equipment, including Matrix LED headlights*1 that are equipped with cameras to detect preceding and oncoming vehicles and automatically control the on/off and illumination range according to surrounding conditions; VHC (Vehicle Hold Control)*2 that assists braking when stopping or starting on a slope; an electronically controlled suspension that newly incorporates controls such as reducing damping force for 30 seconds when the main key is turned on to assist with vehicle maneuvering; the YVSL (Yamaha Variable Speed Limiter) that allows the driver to freely set the maximum speed; an electric screen; a smart key; a TPMS(R) (Tire Pressure Monitoring System)*3; and a storage compartment with a built-in USB (Type A) port, all of which contribute to updated comfort and convenience. The
new model is scheduled for release in Japan from summer 2025 onwards.
