The biggest feature of the “TRACER9 GT+ Y-AMT ABS” is the newly adopted automatic transmission “Y-AMT (Yamaha Automated Manual Transmission).” This advanced system frees the rider from the hassle of clutch operation. Furthermore, when combined with the “ACC (Adaptive Cruise Control)” function that follows the vehicle in front, fatigue on long-distance rides is significantly reduced. It realizes a comfortable touring ride without sacrificing sporty performance.

Enhanced safety support functions with front and rear radar
In terms of safety equipment, in addition to the conventional millimeter wave radar in front of the vehicle, a new radar is also installed at the rear of the vehicle. It is equipped with a “BSD (Blind Spot Detection)” function that detects vehicles approaching from behind and displays the information in the mirror. This function makes it possible to detect danger from behind, which is prone to be in a blind spot, early on, improving rider safety.
