CT125 CHUMS LIMITED EDITION… 770,000 yen

Honda CubHouse in Thailand has announced a limited edition model, the CT125 CHUMS LIMITED EDITION, in collaboration with the popular outdoor brand CHUMS. Silverback will now import and sell it in Japan. The price is 770,000 yen including tax.
CHUMS is a popular brand among outdoor enthusiasts, and its light and pop design is known to be well suited to wilderness and camping scenes. By adding this essence to the CT125 off-road mini bike, the strategy is to enhance the worldview of play.
Due to the nature of this limited edition model, only 300 units will be produced, and each car will be given a serial number. This is intended to create a sense of rarity and collectibility, making it a model that appeals to the “value of ownership” beyond just a difference in design.
Playful color scheme

The body color is based on white, with accents of bright red and blue, which are characteristic of CHUMS. The logo and graphics also feature CHUMS’ iconic characters and brand logo throughout, visually emphasizing that this is a collaboration model.
The seats and other parts are also made with materials and finishes that bring out the outdoor feel. The limited edition model also comes with camping accessories, such as a chair, helmet, mug, and T-shirt, in a “Camp Premium Set.”
The base specifications (engine, chassis, suspension, etc.) are expected to remain largely the same as the existing CT125. Due to the nature of this collaboration model, emphasis has been placed on improving the appearance and equipment.
This model is unique in that it is limited to 300 units. It is primarily intended for sale in Thailand, and official distribution in Japan has not been announced.
For users who want to enjoy the outdoors

The set also includes limited edition goods such as mugs.
The CT125 CHUMS LIMITED EDITION is a lifestyle model that goes beyond being simply a limited edition for looks. It has the potential to appeal to outdoor enthusiasts, CHUMS fans, mini bike enthusiasts, and others through its crossover appeal. The limited run of just 300 units with serial numbers will stimulate the desire to collect.
It is not possible to completely rule out the possibility that it will be released in Japan in the future, but due to the combination of exclusivity and brand collaboration, it is possible that this model will become increasingly rare as time goes by.
Overall, the CT125 CHUMS LIMITED EDITION is a challenging bike that goes beyond the boundaries of a simple motorcycle, actively combining hobbyism, playfulness, and collectibility.
