The biggest annual event held at the Suzuki Hamamatsu Plant
“V-STROM Meeting 2025” is an annual event that brings together owners of Suzuki’s V-STROM series of adventure bikes. Starting this year, the name has been changed from the previous “V-Strom” to “V-STROM” in capital letters, which is noteworthy.

Last year’s 2024 meeting was held at the company’s headquarters, but this time the meeting will be held in a special venue within the factory, creating a special atmosphere. It will be a valuable opportunity for V-STROM owners to deepen their connections while experiencing the atmosphere of the manufacturing floor, which is not normally visible.
Participation is by motorcycle! Be sure to check parking information
Participation in the event is generally encouraged by motorcycles, which is a feature of the V-STROM meeting, and many owners participate while touring on their beloved bikes.
There will be a small number of parking spaces available for four-wheeled vehicles, but it will be at a separate venue about a 10-minute walk from the venue. If the parking lot is full, you may not be able to park, so we recommend that you consider attending by motorcycle if possible.
The event will be held rain or shine, but will be cancelled if the weather is severe, a standard typical of a motorcycle event. Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture, is relatively warm in November, but it’s important to remember to prepare for the cold.
Advance sales of original goods have begun
Prior to the meeting, original V-STROM Meeting 2025 merchandise will be available for pre-sale at the S-MALL Suzuki motorcycle goods shop. Orders can be placed for a limited time only, from 11:00 on September 8th to 11:00 on September 23rd.
The pre-sale items are scheduled to be shipped in late October, so you will receive them before the event. This is a valuable opportunity to get a commemorative item in advance, separate from the items sold at the venue.
The fact that it will be sold on Suzuki’s official e-commerce site also provides peace of mind that genuine quality is guaranteed. This is a sales period not to be missed not only by those planning to attend the meeting, but also by V-STROM fans.
Last year’s success raises expectations for this year’s event
The 2024 event held at Suzuki Headquarters was a huge success, with many V-STROM owners in attendance. The group photo shows the venue filled with bikes and participants, demonstrating the popularity of the V-STROM series.
The event was packed with activities that only a manufacturer could offer, including a talk show by the company president, a message to the participants, and the customary rock-paper-scissors tournament. The event was held in a friendly atmosphere throughout the day, right up to the final farewell.
