Manufactured and sold by EV Genesis, the 3RUOTA (hereafter referred to as 3RUOTA) is a small, electric three-wheeled mobility vehicle powered by a lithium-ion battery and electric motor. It is actively used not only for everyday transportation but also as a utility vehicle, for leisure and sightseeing.

The standard width of a minicar is 1,480mm or less. On the other hand, the Sleek Ota’s width is 1,190mm, which is 290mm smaller than the standard for a minicar. It also doesn’t require vehicle inspection or garage certification, making it low-cost. Plus, it can be charged using a 100V household outlet, so no special construction is required.

Suriru Ota is a fully custom made to order product.

Doorless → Light motorcycle with sidecar registration (passenger capacity 3 people) / Doorless → Minicar registration (passenger capacity 1 person)

Depending on the user’s purpose, the Suriru Ota can be equipped with or without left and right doors like a car.

If the model does not have left or right doors, it is treated as a “light motorcycle with a sidecar (so-called sidecar)” and can be driven with a regular car license instead of a motorcycle license. Also, there is no legal obligation to wear a helmet. The riding capacity is three people, with two people able to ride in the rear seat. The annual light vehicle tax is 3,600 yen.

If it has left and right doors, it is treated as a “minicar” and can be driven with a regular driver’s license. There is also no legal obligation to wear a helmet. However, the passenger capacity is one person and passengers in the rear seat are not allowed. The annual light vehicle tax is 3,700 yen.

By the way, the manufacturer recommends that the bike be fitted with a door when used in cold regions during the winter. For both light motorcycles with sidecars and minicars, no vehicle inspection or garage certificate is required.

Obtained the world-renowned “WVTA” certification

The SriLuota has obtained the EU (European Union) type approval system “WVTA (Whole Vehicle Type Approval),” which has the most stringent requirements in the world.

To obtain WVTA, a vehicle must meet various safety standards, including passenger protection, pedestrian protection, braking, and body structure. It also has a low environmental impact due to its energy efficiency and low emissions of harmful substances. Its electronic control unit is reliable due to the vehicle’s electromagnetic resistance. It is also certified for its high performance and durability, as proven by specified tests and inspections.

This means that not only can you obtain and drive a license plate in Japan, but you can also obtain and drive a license plate in all 27 EU member states without any additional testing. The key point is that it is environmentally and people-friendly, and also has a high level of safety.

A self-powered roof solar panel allows for a range of 40km!

Boasting a power generation efficiency of 23%, the world-class flexible hard solar panel can be attached to the roof. The solar panel is approximately 5mm thick and is designed to withstand harsh environments and impacts.

This solar panel allows for a range of 30-40km on solar power alone, and with five hours of sunlight per day, it can fully charge an L-size battery in five to seven days. This makes it a great emergency power source in the event of a disaster or power outage.

A car inverter that can also be used with home appliances, perfect for disasters and emergencies!

The “in-vehicle inverter” outputs electricity from the battery installed in the Sleel Ota, enabling it to charge home appliances, various electrical products, smartphones, tablets, etc. In the case of an L-size battery, it can distribute enough power to fully charge 600 smartphones.
