Kitaco Honda Cross Cub 110 (JA60) Custom

Like the CT125 Hunter Cub, the Cross Cub 110 is a popular moped class 2 model for outdoor activities and solo camping. Based on the same vehicle, this model has been improved in three areas: dress-up, convenience, and driving performance.

A fashion center carrier has been installed in the center of the footwell to increase loading capacity. The model is also fitted with parts specifically for the Cross Cub 110, currently under development, such as an LED shuttle beam (forward lamp), front emblem, custom seat, sports rear shock absorber, red front brake caliper, and sports down muffler, as a reference exhibit.

The biggest advantage is the increased power and torque provided by the popular “LIGHT Bore Up Kit.” This kit is compatible with the current Cross Cub 110 (JA60) and Super Cub 110 (JA59) models. The lineup includes two versions: a powerful 124cc version that qualifies as a Class 2 moped, and a 145cc version that offers a significant increase in torque. See below for details!

This bore-up kit allows you to use the stock cylinder head as is. The increased displacement increases power and torque. Torque, in particular, far exceeds the stock torque from the mid-range, providing powerful yet easy-to-handle characteristics. You can increase power to suit your budget and application by adding or removing a high camshaft, changing the big throttle body, changing the injectors, etc.

Aluminum cast iron sleeve cylinder

Piston: Cast specification (3R)

Displacement: 124cc (Bore diameter: Φ50) / 145cc (Bore diameter: Φ54)

Stroke: 63.1mm (Uses stock crankshaft)

Compression ratio: 124cc (11.3:1) / 145cc (10.5:1)

Unleaded premium gasoline specification

*The 145cc version exceeds the 125cc limit for Class 2 mopeds, so it cannot be used on public roads.

*Optional parts such as I-MAP are required for installation. The optional parts required vary depending on the degree of tuning. For more information, please refer to the manufacturer’s official website below.
