Suzuki released the 2025 model of the V-Strom 800 on March 14th. This time, new colors have been added and the price has been revised.

The car comes in three colors: Allt Gray Metallic No. 3 (QEB), Candy Darling Red (YYG), and Matte Black Metallic No. 2 (YKV), and is priced at 1,276,000 yen (tax included).

A comfortable and sporty tourer

The V-Strom 800 is a sports adventure bike that emphasizes comfort on paved roads while enhancing touring performance. It combines the high riding performance and comfort that are characteristic of adventure models, making it a bike that can be used for a wide range of purposes, from commuting around urban areas to long-distance touring.

The engine is a 775cc parallel twin-cylinder engine. Utilizing Suzuki’s unique “cross balancer” technology, a two-axis balancer positioned at a 90-degree angle suppresses engine vibration while achieving a compact and lightweight design. Maximum power output is 83PS (61kW) at 8,500rpm, and maximum torque is 78Nm at 6,800rpm, providing easy-to-handle power characteristics from low to mid-speed ranges. It provides smooth acceleration in city driving and powerful torque on highways and winding roads, ensuring stress-free driving.

Electronic control improves comfort and safety

The electronic control system is also well-equipped. It is equipped with the Suzuki Intelligent Ride System (SIRS), and the Suzuki Drive Mode Selector (SDMS) allows you to choose from three different output characteristics. It also comes with the Suzuki Traction Control System (STCS), which offers three levels plus OFF, allowing you to set the optimum setting depending on the weather and road conditions.
