Triumph Motorcycles Japan has announced the 2025 model of the Speed Triple 1200RS. It will be available at authorized dealers from April. Prices include tax and range from 2,225,000 to 2,270,000 yen.
Revised crankshaft for increased power

The 1160cc inline 3-cylinder DOHC engine has improved engine performance through a rebalanced crankshaft, delivering a maximum output of 183PS/10,750rpm and a maximum torque of 128Nm/8,750rpm.
This engine combines torque performance at low rpm with high power at high rpm, providing excellent performance that can be used on both the street and the circuit.
Brembo and Ohlins for a rock-solid suspension

The suspension uses the new generation “Smart EC3 Semi-Active Suspension” from Öhlins, which automatically adjusts the damping characteristics according to the behavior of the bike and the rider, achieving sharp handling, agility, and control in corners.
The brakes are equipped with Brembo Stylema® calipers and MCS span and ratio adjustable levers, which provide powerful braking force and allow the braking force to be customized.
The standard tires are Pirelli Diablo Supercorsa SP V3, which offer excellent grip, stability, and durability.
In terms of design, it adopts a streetfighter style characterized by sharp lines and a dignified appearance, and is characterized by a small dual LED headlight and a design that flows from the wide fuel tank to the compact seat.
At just 199kg, the car’s lightweight body enhances agility and control, while the aluminium twin-spar frame and new, lighter wheels improve turn-in and agility through corners.
Customize your ride with a wealth of electronic control technology

The bike is also equipped with the latest electronic control technology to support the rider. Öhlins’ Objective Based Tuning Interface (OBTi) allows for dynamic and easy adjustment of the suspension’s damping force characteristics.
Additionally, it is equipped with a variety of electronic control systems, including front wheel lift control, engine brake control, brake slide assist, and fully adjustable cruise control.
The Speed Triple 1200RS incorporates know-how gained from Triumph’s Moto2™ engine development, resulting in a more powerful, durable and compact design, while retaining the Speed Triple’s 30-year design DNA, retaining its distinctive twin headlights and single-sided swingarm.
The new Speed Triple 1200RS combines overwhelming performance, the latest technology, and sophisticated design, bringing riders the joy of ownership and offering a riding experience that is on another level.
