A classic style that stands out in the city, updated with a new design

Suzuki launched the new Address 125 scooter in the Japanese market on September 10, 2025. While retaining the familiar, rounded design of the previous Address series, the front position lamps and rear combination lamps have been redesigned to create a look that blends classic and modern styles. The U-shaped illuminated lamps, three-dimensional emblem, and chrome rims emphasize a sense of quality. The form, woven with smooth curves and elegant lines, blends naturally into the cityscape while still emanating a strong presence.

The body has been redesigned down to the smallest detail, aiming to achieve both comfort and practicality for everyday use. The design, which exudes a sense of quality, and the pursuit of convenience, show a new direction for the Address brand.

Thoroughly enhanced practical equipment | Fuel lid and expanded storage

The new Address 125 has been equipped with a number of features that significantly improve its usability in everyday riding. One notable feature is the adoption of a fuel tank with a fuel lid that allows refueling without opening the seat, significantly improving convenience. The fuel tank capacity has also been increased from the previous 5.0L to 5.3L, contributing to an improvement in cruising range.

In addition, the under-seat storage space has been expanded from 21.8L to 24.4L, allowing for ample storage for helmets and everyday items. Furthermore, dual front pockets and dual utility hooks make it highly practical for shopping, commuting, and other occasions. The wide, flat floorboard increases legroom, and the comfortable seat shape and standard rear carrier make it suitable for tandem riding.

Evolved SEP engine | Achieves both quietness and improved torque

The power source is a 124cc air-cooled, 2-valve, single-cylinder, SOHC “SEP (SUZUKI ECO PERFORMANCE)” engine. Thanks to a design concept that maintains output while reducing friction loss, it achieves both smooth acceleration and high fuel efficiency. Fuel efficiency in WMTC mode is 53.4km/L, making it one of the most efficient in its class.

The engine starting system has been changed to a constant mesh type, reducing noise when starting the engine. Quietness at start-up has been significantly improved. In addition, improvements to the camshaft have strengthened torque in the low and mid-speed range, achieving both ease of handling in city driving and powerful acceleration on slopes. This makes for a quiet, light, and powerful ride.

This engine, combined with a newly designed lightweight frame, provides both easy handling and stable maneuverability. It is a well-balanced design that also takes into consideration delicate riding in urban areas and ease of handling when parking.

Price and sales plan | Aiming for 5,000 units per year

The manufacturer’s suggested retail price is set at 280,500 yen (tax included), offering both low maintenance costs and high cost performance. Suzuki aims to sell 5,000 units of this model per year, aiming to strengthen its competitiveness in the urban commuter market.

The new Address 125 combines classic design with modern functionality and is sure to appeal to a wide range of users, from those commuting to school or work to those riding around town. Its light handling, quiet and smooth engine, and ample practical equipment make it ideal for everyday use. It marks the culmination of Suzuki’s long-standing experience in scooter design, marking a new chapter in the Address series.
