The Disney film “Tron: Ares” (distributed by Walt Disney Japan), which is currently receiving rave reviews (as of October 29, 2025), is the third film in the “Tron” series, which was released in 1982.
Following the previous two films in which humans enter the digital world, this film depicts a future in which highly advanced AI programs from the digital world arrive in the real world.
To commemorate the huge success of the film, the Quantum Mesh AI Data Station booth will be hosting a special exhibit of the futuristic Lightcycle bike that appeared in the film.
This car is the real thing that was actually used during the filming of the movie. Because it was just a decoration made for the filming, it doesn’t move or have rotating tires, but the glittering and alluring atmosphere of the dressed up car captivated many spectators!

Synopsis of the movie “Tron: Ares”
Ares, the AI soldier, was born from the materialization of an AI program. “He” is the ultimate soldier, endowed with overwhelming strength and superior intelligence, but AI soldiers can only “survive” in the real world for 29 minutes.
Eventually, the AI soldiers go berserk in their quest for “eternity,” and the digital world begins to encroach on the real world. However, as the world faces the brink of destruction, something strange happens to Ares, who has come to know humans.
Will he destroy humanity? Or…? This is a digital battle action movie on an overwhelming scale, where the digital and real worlds vividly intersect. Disney takes on the new age of AI with this amazing “invasive” digital movie experience!
