“Laid-Back Camp△” is a popular manga among young people and is an outdoor girls’ story written by Afro. The photo shows a 1/12 scale plastic model of Shima Rin’s Yamaha Vino, which appeared in the anime “Laid-Back Camp△ SEASON 3.”
Set in Yamanashi and Shizuoka prefectures, this work depicts high school girls going camping and their daily lives. It has gained popularity for its realistic camping story, which was created from the original author Afro’s own experiences and research, and the relaxed atmosphere depicted in the work.
The series has attracted many fans since it began serialization in Manga Time Kirara Forward (Houbunsha) in 2015, and the original comic has sold over 7 million copies in total.
The first TV anime series, “Laid-Back Camp△,” aired in 2018, followed by the spin-off “Heya Camp△” in 2020 and “Laid-Back Camp△ SEASON 2” in 2021. The third season of the TV anime, “Laid-Back Camp△ SEASON 3,” began airing in April 2024 on AT-X, TOKYO MX, BS11, and 10 other stations.
