A collaborative vehicle that will garner global attention will be unveiled at Japan’s largest custom show.
Royal Enfield will collaborate with CUSTOM WORKS ZON, a custom factory based in Shiga Prefecture. At the 33rd Yokohama Hot Rod Custom Show 2025, one of Japan’s largest custom car and custom bike events, which will be held at Pacifico Yokohama on December 7, 2025, they will unveil a new custom bike based on Royal Enfield’s new model, the CLASSIC 650.
As a global leader in the mid-size (250cc to 750cc) motorcycle segment, Royal Enfield is actively collaborating with custom builders around the world, and this collaboration with Custom Works Zon is part of that effort.

CUSTOM WORKS ZON is a custom factory established in Shiga Prefecture in 2003 by Yuichi Yoshizawa and Yoshikazu Ueda. Since then, they have used their advanced design skills and vehicle manufacturing techniques to create a large number of unique custom bikes. These bikes have been exhibited at shows around the world and have won numerous awards.
He has a particularly strong track record, having won the top prize in the motorcycle category three times at the Yokohama Hot Rod Custom Show. He is one of Japan’s leading custom bike builders, and is also involved in custom projects with European and North American motorcycle manufacturers, as well as collaborations with apparel brands.
A showroom and cafe renovated from an old house
Currently, they have opened a showroom and cafe in a renovated old house, and are focusing on cultural mixing with other cultures. Not only is it a place for custom bike production, but it is also attracting attention as a cultural hub.

Royal Enfield’s official customization program, Custom World, collaborates with custom bike builders active around the world to create a wide range of custom bikes.
In Japan, they have collaborated with three brands: AN-BU custommotors in Nagoya, CHERRY’S COMPANY in Tokyo, and SURESHOT in Chiba. Some of these collaborations have been unveiled at the Yokohama Hot Rod Custom Show, garnering worldwide attention.
