The Motorcycle Safety Instructor Association (MSCA), a general incorporated association, will hold the grand opening of Muscle Bike Farm, a motorcycle-only training complex located in Midori Ward, Chiba City, on April 26, 2025. The facility was founded by former driving instructor and YouTuber Yuya Sakai, also known as “Yucchi Sensei,” and had a pre-opening in October 2024. The facility covers an area of approximately 2,000 square meters and aims to provide a safe and secure mobility lifestyle for beginners and returning riders.

To mark the grand opening, two new measures will be introduced that reflect customer requests. The first is the launch of a “lesson menu” to help riders acquire the skills necessary for riding on public roads. The curriculum is aimed at riders who are anxious about getting their license or who are not confident about driving after a long time. Details were released on the official website on April 25th.

The second is the introduction of “Muscle Kitchen,” a food truck that bikers can stop by during their tours. The truck will offer unique menu items such as “Muscle Ramen,” made with extra-thick curly noodles supervised by “Tokyo Tsukiji Yayoi Noodles,” a long-established Chinese restaurant in Tsukiji, Tokyo, and “Muscle Coffee,” made with Mexican beans and provided in cooperation with Karuizawa cafe “CR.CACTUS.”

Grand opening commemorative event held

On the grand opening day, April 26th, a commemorative event will be held for the first 100 people. The event will feature a variety of events, including a “Single Bridge Challenge Showdown” to test driving skills, a rock-paper-scissors tournament, a talk show by a popular motorcycle YouTuber, and a commemorative photo session. All participants will receive a “Name Muscle License” with a coupon.

Aiming to realize a safe motorcycle society

Domestic motorcycle sales have been on the rise since fiscal 2020, exceeding 400,000 units since fiscal 2021. Meanwhile, according to a survey by the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, of the total number of fatalities from traffic accidents in Tokyo in 2024, those fatalities while riding motorcycles accounted for 26.0% of the total, exceeding the national average of 18.3%. Accidents tend to be particularly frequent among young people and returning riders. Muscle Bike Farm aims to contribute to improving the safety performance of motorcycles and realizing a safer traffic society by acquiring low-speed techniques and improving knowledge and awareness.
