An oil cooler is an engine oil cooler that prevents the increase in heat caused by an increase in engine displacement and the rise in oil temperature caused by rising outside temperatures, preventing engine overheating and maintaining stable output. The “Compact Cool Kit” shown in the photo is a type that attaches a bracket to the inspection cover of the cylinder head (SP Takegawa Super Head 4V+R) and secures the oil cooler body in place.

The cooler body (core part) uses SP Takegawa’s unique Compact Cool, which has excellent cooling effect. Oil cooler plate and guard are standard equipment.

By attaching the oil cooler unit included in the kit to the oil filter part on the standard clutch cover, oil can be extracted to the oil cooler.

It also comes with a dedicated oil filter that can be used even when the oil cooler unit is installed, allowing you to remove oil without impairing the oil filter’s function.

The oil cooler unit is equipped with a relief valve mechanism, just like the original filter cover, and also incorporates a neodymium magnet to absorb iron powder mixed in the engine oil.

There are two types of main body: “4 fin 5 oil line” and “3 fin 4 oil line”. There are three types of oil line hose: “rubber hose”, “slim line hose (mesh hose)”, and “braid hose #4”.
