Harley’s first official overnight camping event is born
“HD RIDER’S CAMP in Kanuma” is a new overnight exchange and experience event officially organized by Harley-Davidson Japan. The venue, Snow Peak Kanuma Camp Field & Spa, is known as a high-standard campsite that also has a natural hot spring facility with an open-air bath and sauna.
All riders are welcome, regardless of manufacturer, and they can come solo, in groups, or even on a non-motorcycle basis. This is a groundbreaking event that welcomes all participants who love the outdoors.
Choose from 4 different types of accommodation
There are four types of campsites available to suit the style of participants.
- Free site: Allows for flexible tent setup
- Forest site: For nature lovers who want to stay cool in the shade of the trees
- Partitioned power sites: Ensure a power source for a more comfortable camping experience
- Mobile house (Jubako) site: Easy stay without a tent
In addition, Snow Peak will also offer a “hands-free camping set” that allows you to rent a complete set of camping gear. This is a great point as it makes it easy for even beginners to join in.

Opening Day Schedule and Special Programs
After registration opens at 12 noon on November 1st, you can enjoy the hot springs, BBQ, and more as you like. The following special programs are also available for those who wish to participate.
- 3:00 PM – Camping seminar by Snow Peak
- 6:30 PM: Participant interaction program “Campfire Talk”
These programs are designed to be enjoyable for both riders and families, and will be a special experience to brighten up your autumn weekend.
Great location, approximately 100km from the metropolitan area
The Oashi River, known as one of the clearest rivers in the Kanto region, flows through the area surrounding the venue, and the area is surrounded by abundant nature. It is easily accessible from the Tokyo metropolitan area, making it an attractive location for a touring destination.
After enjoying the ride to the venue, you can relax with your friends and family around your bike. The next day after enjoying camping with your beloved bike, it’s the perfect situation to fully enjoy the winding roads around the venue.
Participation application and fee details
Please note that a separate fee will be charged for use of the hot spring facilities, and guests will need to bring their own BBQ ingredients and equipment (open flames are not permitted).
