Kawasaki Motors Japan will launch a “Motorcycle License Acquisition Support Campaign” on March 3, 2025, offering purchase support coupons worth up to 40,000 yen to new motorcycle license holders. This special campaign, which supports the purchase of a new Kawasaki vehicle after obtaining a standard or large motorcycle license, is an opportunity not to be missed for new riders starting their motorcycle life.

Support new riders with purchase support of up to 40,000 yen

This campaign is aimed at those who have obtained a standard or large motorcycle license at a partner school (designated driving school) designated by Kawasaki, and provides purchase support coupons according to engine displacement. The support amounts by engine displacement class are as follows:

• 401cc and above class: 40,000 yen (tax included)
• 251-400cc class: 30,000 yen (tax included)
• 126-250cc class: 20,000 yen (tax included)

This coupon can be used when purchasing a new Kawasaki motorcycle of 126cc or larger (excluding competition models). Eligible vehicles include the large Ninja 1000SX and Z900RS series, the ELIMINATOR series and Ninja ZX-4R series in the 400cc class, and the KLX230 SHERPA and W230 in the 250cc class.

Campaign participation process and points to note

The process for participating is as follows:

1. Visit the “License Support Campaign Site” on the Kawasaki Motors Japan website.
2. Select a partner school from the campaign site and apply
3. Receive a partner school stamp on the coupon sent from Kawasaki
4. Use the coupon when purchasing eligible models at authorized Kawasaki dealers

The entry period is from March 3 to October 31, 2025, but the eligible period for graduating from driving school and purchasing a vehicle is from February 1 to December 31, 2025. In other words, even if you have already graduated from driving school in February, you can still be retroactively eligible for the campaign by entering after March 3.

The coupon will be delivered approximately two weeks after the application completion email arrives. To use the coupon, you must submit the coupon stamped with the graduation certificate of the driving school you applied to when purchasing a vehicle, and the name printed on the coupon must match the name on the new car registration.

A wide range of options available

This campaign applies to all new Kawasaki motorcycles (excluding competition models) with a displacement of 126cc or more, and there are a variety of vehicle types to choose from.

In the large class, the sports tourer “Ninja 1000SX” and the neo-classic “Z900RS series” are popular. In the mid-class, the lineup includes the cruiser “ELIMINATOR series” and the “Ninja ZX-4R series” equipped with a high-revving engine. In the 250cc class, the off-road-oriented “KLX230 SHERPA” and the classic “W230” are also options.
