The biggest enemy of riding a motorcycle in the summer is, without a doubt, humidity. The inside of a helmet is especially hot and humid, turning it into a “natural sauna.” It’s so humid and steamy that you have to take off your helmet and take a break. Even though it’s my own, putting on a helmet that’s sticky with sweat and humidity is not a pleasant experience… (In fact, it’s 100% gross).

The Helmet Cleaning Pro “Helpro,” pictured here, was developed to eliminate this discomfort. Just like heating up a lunchbox in a microwave, you place your helmet and gloves inside the cabinet and insert cash (it also accepts a variety of electronic money and QR code payments). It’s a revolutionary system (patented) that deodorizes, disinfects, and dries in just seven minutes, making it a real pleasure for riders in the middle of summer.

“Helpro” has been in use in Taiwan, the kingdom of motorcycles, since 2019 and is currently being installed in many locations. It is expected to be installed in Japan as well, in shopping malls, laundromats, self-service car washes, gas stations, motorcycle shops, bicycle parking lots, roadside stations, and service areas.

Helpro’s cleaning solution uses alkaline electrolyzed water, jointly developed by a Japanese manufacturer and a Taiwanese manufacturer, with an emphasis on safety. It destroys the cell membranes of viruses and bacteria and effectively deodorizes with hydroxide ions. It can be used even with an intercom-equipped helmet attached. In just seven minutes, it performs UVC sterilization, ozone sterilization, and sprays ultra-fine mist from below, providing a one-stop solution for cleaning, sterilization, deodorization, and drying.

The temperature inside the washing chamber is strictly controlled to prevent damage to the helmet. After washing, the helmet is thoroughly dried so that no moisture remains inside the helmet and no unpleasant smell from the cleaning solution remains.

Equipped with a temperature sensor, it automatically controls the temperature to prevent it from exceeding the set temperature, preventing deformation or damage to the interior (please check the age of the helmet and deterioration of the material before use).

Excellent sterilization, deodorization and drying performance

This machine has been granted a patent for its invention. It uses a cleaning machine with a mist-generating module to break down bacteria and odors from the entire helmet, then dries it. It can also disinfect small items such as gloves. By combining an intake fan and an exhaust fan, it can quickly dry the helmet, resulting in a clean one in a short amount of time.

Thoroughly safety tested

It has passed numerous tests, including SGS, SDS, and MSDS certifications and implementation tests, thoroughly guaranteeing the safety of users and the protection of tools. It has already been used in domestic and international circuits, taste tests, and international endurance races, and has received high praise from professional riders.
