2026 Z400 Super Naked to be released in new colors

Kawasaki Motors Japan will release the 2026 model of its mid-class super naked machine, the Z400, on November 1, 2025. The manufacturer’s suggested retail price is 770,000 yen (base price 700,000 yen, consumption tax 70,000 yen). The main changes from the previous model are the updated color and graphics.

The new color scheme is “Metallic Matte Graphene Steel Gray x Metallic Flat Spark Black,” which further accentuates the cutting-edge “Sugomi” design and adds new appeal to the dynamic styling.

Powerful torque characteristics of the 398cc parallel twin engine

The Z400 is equipped with a 398cc liquid-cooled parallel twin-cylinder engine. It delivers powerful torque from the low rpm range and smooth acceleration, making it an engine that is very easy to handle for beginners and veterans alike. It is a power unit that is easy to handle in a wide range of situations, from city riding to winding roads.
