Based on “Monster SP”

Ducati Japan and Capcom have collaborated.
To commemorate the 20th anniversary of the “Monster Hunter” video game series, the company announced the “Monster SP “Monster Hunter” 20th Anniversary Limited Edition Wrapping Model.”
Reservations will begin at Ducati authorized dealers from October 5, 2024. Only 20 units will be produced on a made-to-order basis. The price is 2,622,000 yen (tax included).
The base model is the Monster SP, a compact monster equipped with a 937cc water-cooled V-twin (L-twin) DOHC engine that delivers a maximum output of 111PS (82kW) at 9250rpm and a maximum torque of 93Nm (9.5kgm) at 6500rpm.
In addition to the ability to select engine power modes, the car is equipped with electronic control functions such as traction control, launch control, wheelie control, and quick shift.
The SP version also comes equipped with high-performance parts such as Brembo’s Stylma front caliper, Ohlins suspension, and a Termignoni silencer.
This limited edition car is the second collaboration model following the 10th anniversary model, and features a large wrap of the face of the monster “Miraboreas” on the tank.
Additionally, from October 5th, if you test drive any Ducati vehicle at an authorized dealer, you will receive a limited edition collaborative design sticker.








Race-based 2025 model YZF-R series


Yamaha Motor has announced the race-based models (2025 models) of the YZF-R1 and YZF-R6. The price, including tax, will be 2,442,000 yen for the R1 and 1,375,000 yen for the R6. Both models will be released on February 28, 2025, but will be sold exclusively by pre-order. The first pre-order period will be from Wednesday, September 25 to Wednesday, October 9, 2024, and the second period will be from Thursday, October 10 to Friday, November 29, 2024. The race-based models will be the standard models minus the equipment necessary for road use and for passing vehicle inspections, such as headlights, mirrors, and pillion riding.


V-Sto Meeting 2024 to be held

Suzuki has decided to hold the “V-Strom Meeting 2024.” It will be held on Sunday, November 10th at a special venue within Suzuki’s headquarters (300 Takatsuka-cho, Chuo-ku, Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture). Doors open at 9am and the event will run from 10am until 2pm (rain or shine, but will be cancelled in severe weather). “V-Strom Meeting original goods” will be sold in advance at the Suzuki motorcycle supplies shop inside S-MALL. The goods include T-shirts, face towels, genuine leather coasters, and logo acrylic key chains. The event program will be updated regularly on the special website and on X.












The 2025 Motorcycle Show has been decided

The dates for the 2025 motorcycle shows to be held in Tokyo, Osaka, and Nagoya have been announced. The 41st Osaka Motorcycle Show 2025 will be held at INTEX Osaka from Friday, March 21st to Sunday, March 23rd, 2025. The 52nd Tokyo Motorcycle Show 2025 will be held at Tokyo Big Sight from Friday, March 28th to Sunday, March 30th, 2025. The 4th Nagoya Motorcycle Show will be held from Friday, April 4th to Sunday, April 6th, 2025.
Enfield and Taichi collaborate

The 2024 Autumn/Winter collection of riding wear, a collaboration between Royal Enfield and RS Taichi, will be released on Tuesday, October 1st. Three types of collaborative wear will be released: the riding jacket “ROYAL ENFIELD x RS TAICHI MONSTER ALL SEASON PARKA” (41,580 yen including tax), the riding gloves “ROYAL ENFIELD x RS TAICHI ARMED WINTER GLOVES” (14,080 yen including tax), and the riding shoes “ROYAL ENFIELD x RS TAICHI DRYMASTER-FIT HOOP SHOES” (26,180 yen including tax). The items have a casual street vibe that matches the Royal Enfield vibe, while also offering high levels of protection.











A pole for hanging your entire riding outfit

Beads has released the Garage One Pole Rack 2 under its Doppelganger brand (open price). It can hang a helmet, jacket, gloves, pants, and boots on a single pole. It can store a complete set of clothing vertically, helping to reduce storage space. It is suitable for ceiling heights of 218-280cm.



Aprilia exhibits a booth at the MotoGP Japan GP

Piaggio Group Japan will have a booth at the MotoGP Japanese Grand Prix, which will be held at Mobility Resort Motegi from Friday, October 4th to Sunday, October 6th, 2024. Triumph’s official dealer, Triumph Sendai (1-12-1 Ogino-cho, Miyagino-ku, Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture), will open on Friday, October 11th. The store will feature the latest corporate identity. Large glass windows will allow customers to see Triumph’s latest models clearly from the outside. The store is also highly accessible, as it is located halfway between Sendai Station and National Route 4.
