Legendary machine on the market
KTM has announced the 2025 model “450 Rally Replica.” The technology of the 450 Rally, which boasts 10 total wins and 235 stage wins in the Dakar Rally, has been reproduced as a production version. The design is almost identical to the factory machine, making it popular not only with riders with racing experience but also with privateers.
The strongest specs as they are in race
It is equipped with a 450cc SOHC single-cylinder engine (2025 model improved), reinforced clutch and transmission, and high durability. With electronically controlled fuel injection and a lightweight frame of 135 kg (approximately dry weight), it delivers linear power distribution and incredible response. Equipped with a dual radiator for improved heat dissipation and a titanium Akrapovič muffler, its durability is also guaranteed.
Suspension that supports competitive driving
The bike is equipped with advanced WP PRO Components suspension front and rear. The front wheel features a 48 mm telescopic fork and the rear wheel is fully adjustable, allowing for adjustments to suit the use and road surface. Combined with a newly designed CNC triple-prong and PHDS/Scotts steering damper, it delivers stable handling at high speeds. The swingarm has also been redesigned to be a cast aluminum type, achieving both robustness and light operability.
Functional design that supports superiority
It has a total length of 1535 mm, a ground clearance of approximately 320 mm, and a dry weight of 139 kg. It features a three-tank design that holds 35 L of fuel, and is designed for the longest stages and ensures reliable operation even during intense driving. It features a lithium-ion starting battery, an electric starter, large LED headlights, and the simple design plastic exterior of the 1971 model, making it perfect for full-scale rally racing.
Limited production “Sanders Edition”
This year, a special “Sanders Edition” has also been announced, limited to five units. Named after the 2025 Dakar champion Daniel Sanders, this extremely rare model comes with Red Bull paint, autographed parts by Sanders, a VIP participation ticket, and more.
The 450 Rally Replica boasts technology and equipment that are rare for a commercially available racer replica. Only 150 units will be produced and sold through authorized dealers in Europe.
