Dear customers and MV Agusta fans,

2024 is coming to an end, a proud year for MV Agusta,

and we are already working towards 2025 and beyond.

Truly “Made in Italy”

We want to keep you updated by providing accurate information and results.

First, it is important to know that all decisions, developments, and operations related to MV Agusta are made in Varese, Italy. Between 2023 and 2024, 60% of MV Agusta’s management team was renewed, bringing in new experts from the motorcycle and automotive sectors, both in Italy and abroad. This strategy has given MV Agusta complete independence in all its operations. Regarding products, all processes are carried out in-house,

from the initial design and definition of the development phases, to the development of prototypes at various levels, all the way to production. All these processes take place exclusively in Varese, Italy, and at MV Agusta’s Centro Stile MV Agusta design center. These facts allow us to proudly state that MV Agusta is truly Made in Italy.

“Truly Made in Italy” and an astonishing growth rate of 116%

“All activities are based in Varese.”

Sales, aftersales, customer service, and marketing are managed directly from the headquarters.

2024 motorcycle sales reached 4,000 units, an annual growth rate of 116%, and in July, sales had already reached the same figure as the full year of 2023. The number of test ride requests received in October 2024 equaled the total number of requests for the entire previous year.

Deliveries of the Superveloce 1000 Serie Oro began three weeks after the official launch in July 2024, with approximately 20 units still being sold by authorized dealers.

MV Agusta’s dealer network currently consists of 219 points of sale, including 41 service partners. An additional 20 import agents have been added outside of Europe. The company aims to reach 250 dealers by the end of 2025. Last week, two beautiful new dealerships were opened: one in Como, Italy, and the other in Montpellier, France. In terms of spare parts, 99% of models produced over the past seven years are now available, with this year seeing a historic high in spare parts sales.

All motorcycles produced in Varese and their spare parts are stored in logistics hubs in Austria for the EU market, the USA for North and South America, and Japan and Australia for Asia, from where they are distributed to a worldwide sales network.

Taking on the challenge of a new generation model

For 2024, we are launching nine new models. The development of our new generation of motorcycles is progressing according to plan.

These are radical, completely new products, designed to be at the top of their respective segments. They will be like nothing anyone has seen before. The people who made this possible will remain in Varese, meaning nothing will change in terms of business operations. The

shareholding situation is still being determined, but we are working together with our shareholders to define the future structure of the company and ensure that MV Agusta continues to grow and reach the heights it deserves.
