NAPS has produced “NAPS HOME,” a home for living with a motorcycle, and began selling it in February 2025.
Making motorcycle life more “real”
This home is equipped with a motorcycle garage and is designed to allow riders to live comfortably with their beloved motorcycles. A major attraction for riders looking for a home with a motorcycle garage is that it is offered at the same price as a regular pre-built home.
NAPS HOME positions the motorcycle garage as a “third place” and is designed to be used as a space for hobbies and relaxation. This garage can be used for multiple purposes, not only for motorcycle maintenance and customization, but also as a cafe space, a place to relax with pets, a training room, and more.
This project was realized through a collaboration between Naps and Nikkyo Holdings, which operates the real estate total service brand Yokohama Style. The two companies aim to fulfill riders’ dreams of housing with motorcycle garages at an affordable price, and have begun selling the first six buildings.

Since its founding in 1962, Naps has been involved in the retail, development, and sale of motorcycle accessories, with 34 locations nationwide. Utilizing its extensive experience and knowledge, the company launched this housing project to support riders in enjoying a safe and fulfilling motorcycle lifestyle.
Meanwhile, Nikkyo Holdings has been providing real estate brokerage, management, and consulting services, mainly in Yokohama, since its founding in 2007. Under the brand name “Yokohama Style,” the company provides services throughout the greater Tokyo metropolitan area, helping many customers solve their real estate problems and realize their dreams.
