Moto Guzzi V7…Starting from 1,452,000 yen
Piaggio Group Japan Co., Ltd. began accepting orders for the new V7 series, Moto Guzzi’s iconic models, the V7 STONE, V7 SPECIAL, and V7 SPORT, from February 26, 2025. Shipments are scheduled to begin in August.
These models have evolved in style and technology to improve environmental friendliness, performance, and riding enjoyment. In particular, the V7 SPORT has revived the name of a legendary sports model.
4% increase in engine power
The new V7 series has a longitudinally mounted air-cooled V-twin engine that complies with EURO 5+ regulations, and a new ride-by-wire system has been adopted. This has resulted in a comprehensive electronic control package including riding modes, cruise control, ABS, and traction control. The V7 SPORT is equipped with exclusive features such as double disc brakes, inverted forks, a 6-axis inertial platform (IMU), and the addition of a sport mode.
The Moto Guzzi V7, celebrating its 60th anniversary since the first model was released in 1967, has continued to evolve while preserving its traditions. Since its revival in 2008, it has undergone a major update in 2021, equipped with an 850cc engine, and the new V7 series combines beautiful styling with the latest technology.
The iconic air-cooled, longitudinally mounted V-twin engine meets Euro 5+ regulations and features multi-map ride-by-wire throttle control for precise and controllable power delivery. Cruise control is also standard, and power has been increased by 4%. The torque curve is now stronger and smoother, benefiting riding in all conditions.
Features of each grade
The V7 SPORT combines iconic style with the latest technology, featuring inverted forks, double disc brakes, a dedicated sport mode, high-precision traction control using a 6-axis inertial platform, and cornering ABS, making it the most dynamic and advanced model in the V7 series to date.
It also features dynamic equipment such as an inverted fork, double disc front brake, and lightweight six-spoke cast wheels with a sporty design. Exclusive equipment such as an aluminum headlight bracket, aluminum inserts on the side panels, and laser-etched handlebar clamps create a special feel. Two body colors are available: the traditional Legnano Green and the fresh Lario Gray. The price is 1,595,000 yen (tax included).
The V7 STONE features a simple design, with matte black details and six-spoke aluminum wheels that give it a sporty look. The body color is available in two colors: Rubido Black and Profondo Blue. The price is 1,452,000 yen (tax included).
The V7 SPECIAL inherits the spirit of the original V7 and features elegant chrome details. Black spoke wheels, circular digital meters, and LED headlights add a modern touch. Two body colors are available: Emerald Black and 1969 White. The price is 1,518,000 yen.
