A special camping experience at a renovated abandoned school facility

“IMRG Nasu CAMPING” is a camping event that is open to not only Indian Motorcycle owners, but anyone with an interest in Indian Motorcycles. The event venue will be “Nasu Utopia Minosawa Art Village,” a camping facility renovated from a closed school (formerly Minosawa Elementary School) in Nasu Town, Tochigi Prefecture.

The facility includes a campsite, cottages, and sauna facilities in the school grounds, as well as an art museum in a classroom. Camping in an extraordinary space is sure to leave special memories that you won’t find at a regular campsite.

Experience content themed around “adult pleasures”

The theme of this event is “adult pleasures,” and it will feature experiential content such as a “cigar experience” and a “rum experience” around a bonfire. The cigar experience will allow you to enjoy the finest cigar, “Tabasalera from Manila,” while the rum experience will allow you to enjoy the innovative rum from Paraguay, “Marianne de Paraguay.”

These “Nighttime Adult Activities Classes” will be held in the “Relaxation Area” in the grassy area in the center of the campground. Participants are required to bring camp chairs and picnic blankets as needed.

Rich event content

Rent the venue and enjoy the sauna and art museum

Since the venue is rented out exclusively, you can enjoy the sauna and art museum at your leisure. You must wear clothing in the sauna, and you will need to bring your own swimsuit and towel. At the art museum, you can view beautiful and impressive art exhibits by famous artists from the school.

Welcome hot dogs and drinks will be provided (hot dogs available until 3:00 p.m.), participants will receive commemorative gifts, and commemorative photos will be taken (scheduled for 4:00 p.m.).

Plenty of entertainment at night

In the evening, there will be a campfire and a charity night bar set up. The charity night bar is a one-coin charity bar with the aim of donating to disaster-stricken areas. There will also be a fun raffle where you can win Native American goods and prizes from sponsoring companies.

Accommodation plans and pricing

50 tent sites available

There are 50 tent sites (5m x 4m) available for overnight camping. One site costs 6,000 yen per person, with additional sites costing 3,000 yen per person. For example, if two people use one site, the cost is 6,000 yen + 3,000 yen = 9,000 yen. The maximum number of people allowed per tent site is four, with one tent allowed.

Motorcycles can be parked next to or within the site, but cars are parked in a separate parking lot (maximum one per site). Tent sites are on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved in advance.

You can choose from two types of cottages

There are two types of cottages available: three with saunas and two without. The cottages with saunas cost 21,000 yen for one person, 36,000 yen for two people, 49,500 yen for three people, and 60,000 yen for four people. The cottages without saunas cost 20,000 yen for one person, 34,000 yen for two people, 46,500 yen for three people, and 56,000 yen for four people.

There is a rental fee for the entire cottage, and even if you choose a type with a private sauna, you can also use the sauna facilities outside the cottage. Smoking is prohibited throughout the property. Motorcycles can be parked in front of the cottage, but cars may be moved to a separate parking lot. Cottage locations are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Day camps are also available for 2,000 yen.

Day camp (one-day camp) costs 2,000 yen per person. The day camp site is a part of the grassy area in the center of the venue, and there are no partitions, so pitching is on a first-come, first-served basis. Everyone must be completely cleared out by 5:30 p.m., and some activities (such as evening hobby classes) are not included in the fee.

All prices include consumption tax, and the sauna facility fee is included in the participation fee. The ground is covered with small gravel, so it is recommended that you bring a side stand plate or similar.

Please note that participation in the event requires prior registration. The price is the same whether or not you participate in the cigar or rum experience, and the content may be subject to change.
