Lineup includes 2-cycle oil and functional parts
Honda will gradually launch a new lineup of genuine motorcycle oils under the “Pro Honda” brand starting in April 2025. The new brand is based on the concept of creating a strong connection between riders and products, and features a revamped design that conveys the high quality and elegance that only genuine products can offer.
“Pro Honda” brand engine oils were developed with the aim of being environmentally friendly and maximizing the engine performance of Honda motorcycles. There are five types of oil for four-stroke engines and three types for two-stroke engines. These are product configurations tailored to the characteristics of the model and the various usage situations of riders.
One type of brake fluid and two types of cushion oil have also been newly added for functional parts that support riding performance, allowing riders to maintain the performance of their beloved bike and ride in optimal conditions.
New package design
The bottle packaging features a new logo that expresses the brand concept and has been redesigned to visually emphasize the dignity and high quality of genuine products, allowing riders to feel the reliability of the product and pride in the Honda brand.
The manufacturer’s suggested retail prices for each product (including 10% consumption tax) are as follows: 4-cycle engine oil “RACING” is 4,400 yen, “PREMIUM SPORTS” is 3,300 yen, “SPORTS” is 2,530 yen, “STANDARD” and “SCOOTER” are 2,090 yen each. 2-cycle engine oil “GR2” is 2,585 yen, “SUPER FINE” is 1,815 yen, and “2 SUPER” is 1,705 yen. Brake fluid “BRAKE FLUID” is 2,739 yen, cushion oil “CUSHION OIL (5W)” is 4,730 yen, and “CUSHION OIL (10W)” is 4,400 yen. These prices are per liter and do not include replacement labor costs. Sales are scheduled to begin sequentially from April 2025.
Through the “Pro Honda” brand, Honda will provide riders with high-quality products and support them in maintaining and improving the performance of their motorcycles, enabling them to enjoy their beloved bikes with peace of mind and maximizing the appeal of their Honda motorcycles.
