The X series will be available from January 3rd.

Harley-Davidson Japan announced the introduction of its 2025 models on January 3rd. Six models were announced this time: the X350, X500, Street Glide, Road Glide, and the three-wheeled Trike Glide Ultra and Road Glide 3.

Among them, the “X350” and “X500” were released on the same day. The prices are 699,800 yen (tax included) for the “X350” and 839,800 yen (tax included) for the “X500.”

The “X Series” is a series of small-displacement, naked-style sports models not found in previous Harley models. The “X350” is equipped with a 353cc water-cooled in-line engine that produces a maximum output of 36hp (27kW) at 8500rpm and a maximum torque of 31Nm at 7000rpm, while the “X500” is equipped with a 500cc water-cooled in-line twin-cylinder engine that produces a maximum output of 47hp (35kW) at 8500rpm and a maximum torque of 46Nm at 6000rpm.

It is positioned as an entry-level model for Harley, but it does not have the traditional cruiser style or engine type, so it can be thought of as a model with a different flavor from traditional Harleys.

Although the release date has not been specified, the Street Glide and Road Glide are tourers that belong to the Grand American Touring series and are characterized by their large cowlings and side cases as standard equipment.

The Tri Glide Ultra and Road Glide 3 are trikes with one front wheel and two rear wheels based on the Grand American Touring model, and can be ridden with a regular driver’s license.

Harley will announce and introduce other 2025 models in due course.

Three new helmet designs to be released in March
