Yamaha YZF-R1 Race-Based Model / Matte Dark Gray (New Color)
Yamaha YZF-R1 Race-Based Model… 2,442,000 yen (including 10% consumption tax)
Main changes and features
The new “YZF-R1 Race Base Vehicle” is based on the 2025 supersport model “YZF-R1” (European specification) and is designed for racing and other circuit use. The main changes from the previous model are as follows:
1) Winglets that contribute to vehicle stability;
2) A new KYB front suspension that enables precise damping control (new mechanism with an added base valve, independent left and right rebound and compression damping force);
3) Brembo front brakes with an improved control feel (monoblock caliper “Stylema(R)*” and radial master cylinder);
4) Seat upholstery that improves grip and holding power.
The updates further refine cornering and aerodynamic characteristics, allowing you to feel the technology directly derived from MotoGP machines.
