FreeMile will begin pre-sales of the “evuco” on the support purchasing service “Makuake” from 12:00 on February 19, 2025. The evuco is a fully electric bicycle that complies with the specified small moped regulations, which require no license and helmet wearing for riders aged 16 and over. This pre-sale will offer discount returns of up to 25% off.
A special moped that can be ridden like a bicycle

“IVCO” is a combination of the words “electric” (EV) and “compact” (CO), and as the name suggests, it features an electric and compact design. With its urban design and compact size, it aims to be a means of transportation that is naturally familiar to anyone, regardless of age or style. It combines the comfort of moving without pedaling with the ease of a bicycle, making everyday transportation smooth and comfortable. No driver’s license is required and it is easy to operate, so even beginners and women can use it with confidence.
Its features include “IP65 waterproof,” “foldable,” and “smart form that allows it to be stored anywhere, both indoors and outdoors.” The IP65 waterproof performance gives you peace of mind by allowing you to leave the bike outside even on rainy days. The body can be folded into a compact design that can be neatly stored in the entrance or office, making it possible to bring it into offices that do not have bike parking spaces, saving space and increasing convenience. It can even be easily parked in bike racks in apartments and office buildings.
The bike also features a straddle-style design that allows for a natural riding experience similar to that of a bicycle, making commuting to work or school more enjoyable with intuitive operation that is safe and easy for beginners and women. The motor, equipped with a precise gear structure, delivers over 500W of power, allowing for stress-free riding even in hilly cities.
Foldable for compact storage

When folded, the size is reduced to about half, and by attaching the separately sold wheeled carrier, it can be pulled and transported like a carry case. The robust design ensures high durability, even when hit with a hammer, making it a sturdy body that can withstand not only long-term use but also unexpected toppling over in a bicycle parking lot.
The battery can be charged in two ways: removable charging and direct charging. For removable charging, the battery is designed to be easily removed, allowing charging while the vehicle is left outdoors. For direct charging, the battery can be left plugged into the main unit, so charging is completed without the hassle of removing it. In addition, a dedicated basket can be installed as an option, making it convenient for commuting, shopping, and outings.
The specifications are: size 126 x 60 x 102 cm (folded: 77 x 26 x 86 cm), load capacity 100 kg, power 350 W, top speed 20 km/h, battery capacity 7.8 Ah, maximum range 25 km, maximum charging time 3-4 hours, and weight approximately 20.5 kg (including battery).
To celebrate the launch, an advance experience event will be held at Daikanyama T-SITE Main Street from February 15th to 16th from 10am to 7pm. At this event, visitors will be able to test drive the evuco, and a 15,000 yen discount coupon on Makuake will be distributed exclusively to attendees. The latest information on the evuco will be posted regularly on the official FreeMile LINE.
