The high-performance mid-class sports car RS660, which is sold in 72 countries around the world, has evolved.
The Aprilia RS660 series was launched in 2020 as a mid-class supersport bike, and has won many titles in this class in 2024, including the Sportbike class of the British Superbike Championship (SBS) and the Twins Cup at MotoAmerica.
The new RS660 features more advanced aerodynamics, incorporating concepts learned from MotoGP experience. A large wing is positioned under the windscreen, along with two smaller aerodynamic elements that improve airflow penetration and high-speed stability. The redesigned side fairings now have a double structure with winglets, improving performance while also improving rider comfort.

Maximum output increased to 105 HP. Power-to-weight ratio further improved.
The electronics on board have also evolved. The handlebar switches are now backlit. The 5-inch full-color LCD instrument cluster has been improved for improved brightness, reducing reflections and displaying more information. The new RS660 features APRC (Aprilia Performance Ride Control), which now includes Launch Control, a standing-start management system found on competition bikes. This system complements functions such as ATC (traction control), AWC (wheelie control), ACC (cruise control), AQS (bidirectional quickshifter), AEB (engine brake control), and AEM (engine mapping for modifying power output characteristics). As before, the bike is equipped with an electronic ride-by-wire throttle and a 6-axis inertial platform as standard, using accelerometers and gyroscopes to detect its position relative to the road. It processes rider inputs, sends data to the ECU, and adjusts control parameters as needed. Multi-map cornering ABS is also now installed, optimizing braking and ABS intervention in corners using specific algorithms. The algorithm constantly monitors various parameters such as lateral acceleration, front brake lever pressure, lean angle, pitch and yaw, and adjusts braking action to achieve the optimum balance between deceleration and stability.

Distinctive winglets, inspired by racing, are fitted under the headlights.
The 660cc two-cylinder engine, a high-performance engine for this class, complies with Euro 5+ standards. The throttle body has been enlarged from the previous φ48mm to 52mm, increasing output to 105HP. The engine unit also functions as a stressed member, and the twin-spar frame, which is characterized by the steering head and rear bolts, creates a compact and robust chassis.
RS660 Factory
The RS660 Factory Version, whose arrival has been eagerly anticipated since the launch of the 660 series, has finally been released. In keeping with the tradition of Noale Superbikes, it comes standard with Ohlins suspension on both the front and rear. The front fork is a 43mm NIX30 series, and the rear shock is an STX46. The reservoir can be adjusted for hydraulic rebound, compression damping, and spring reload. The two-tone seat and cowl feature new black and red graphics.

The RS660 Factory is equipped with Ohlins suspension front and rear. The body color is also exclusive.

The meter uses a 5-inch full-color LCD. Various setups are now easier to operate.
