The Custom500 is an original BELL (USA) model that has been modified to fit the shape of Japanese (Asian) heads. Released in Japan as the “BELL Asian Form Helmet,” it has been redesigned for a comfortable, safe, and effortless fit. The design of the sides and back of the head has been revised to fit Japanese riders perfectly.

The Custom500’s shell is molded from lightweight yet strong fiberglass (FRP). It also meets SG standards, which meets Japan’s safety standards, making it suitable for use on public roads. It has passed rigorous tests for impact resistance and penetration resistance, ensuring safety, making it suitable for a wide range of riders, from casual riders to professionals.
