An off-road motorcycle travels through touring spots all over Japan, including Hakone, Umihotaru, and Nikko Irohazaka. Two girls appear to be enjoying a tandem motorcycle trip, but the surrounding landscape is extremely desolate… This is a unique touring comic about two girls cruising around on their motorcycles in a deserted, post-apocalyptic world!
Volume 1 of “End of the World Touring.” Although it is a touring manga, the “abandoned cars” depicted in the background are also noteworthy. This lineup will make any car enthusiast smile. Also, although it may seem light, the world view and story are firmly “SF,” making it a worthwhile read.
Seven volumes have already been published, and in volume 6, the protagonist encounters a fighter jet flying overhead in Nagaoka, Niigata. As the base is in Misawa, the pilot and the two promise to meet at Misawa Air Base, and head there. Volume 7 follows the protagonist’s journey through the Tohoku region, including Tendo and Sendai, before finally arriving at Misawa Air Base.

Volume 4 of the unique post-apocalyptic motorcycle touring manga “End of the World Touring” will be released on February 27th!! | Motor-Fan [Motor Fan] A media platform that distributes mainly automotive-related articlesThe latest volume of Saito Sakae’s touring manga “Shuumatsu Touring” will be released on February 27th. “Shuumatsu Touring” is a story about two girls named “Yoko” and “Airi” who travel by motorcycle through a post-apocalyptic world where humanity has disappeared.
The author is Saito Sakae. After graduating from high school, he worked as an assistant before making his debut in a special edition of Weekly Shonen Jump. He is active in a wide range of fields. His representative works include “Kantai Collection – KanColle – Itsuka Shizukana Umi de” and “Katana Maidens”, as well as “Super Cub Rei”, a spin-off comic of the novel “Super Cub” (original work by Tone Koken), which was also made into an anime. He is also an avid motorbike rider, and his past experiences touring around various places on a Serow 225 are reflected in his work.

Volume 8 tells the story of Claire, the first survivor of the journey, whom he meets at Misawa Air Base in Aomori, but she is the only one there.
She is also an astronaut.
I met Claire in person at Misawa Air Base and took a short rest. “End of the World Touring” is worth paying attention to not only the bikes but also the mechanics. As mentioned above, it is recommended for car enthusiasts as well as military fans.

While living at Misawa Air Base, not only Yoko’s Serow but also
other motorcycles appeared in working order for the first time in a long time.
The Honda CT125 Hunter Cub that was released this time seems to be an engine vehicle, unlike Yoko’s EV Serow. As expected of a Cub descendant, it would be no problem even in the post-apocalyptic world, right?
Meanwhile, Yoko and Airi are allowed to stay at Misawa Air Base, where the water and electricity are still functioning, and they make one request of Claire…
