Detailed explanation

Triumph Tiger Sport 800
The Tiger Sport 800’s handling is extremely agile and responsive, thanks to its dynamic and confident chassis, adjustable Showa suspension, radially mounted brake calipers and a weight of just 214kg.
Sculpted aerodynamic bodywork and a standard wind deflector provide excellent wind protection, while spacious, comfortable seats for both rider and pillion, along with an integrated pillion grab handle, ensure superior comfort on long journeys.
The Tiger Sport 800 offers three riding modes that allow the rider to tailor engine response to the conditions, ensuring optimum performance in any environment, and is seamlessly integrated with ride-by-wire throttle and switchable traction control. Triumph Shift Assist (quickshifter) reduces fatigue on long journeys, and cruise control is also included. Steve Sargent, Chief Product Officer, Triumph Motorcycles
“At the heart of the Tiger Sport 800 is a new triple engine that delivers the power and excitement riders demand, whether they’re cruising around town on their daily commute or exploring winding roads at the weekend. We know that our
customers are highly discerning and want a bike that’s exciting to ride, but also ticks all the boxes for practicality. That’s why we’ve developed a compelling package that includes smooth power delivery, the perfect balance of agility and stability, along with essential features for this category of customer, such as a comfortable seat height, a comfortable upright riding position and integrated luggage options. We wanted
riders to feel in control and precise every time they take a corner,
so technologies such as ride-by-wire throttle, optimised cornering ABS and traction control are combined with three riding modes to deliver optimal performance. Plus, with Triumph Shift Assist and cruise control, the Tiger Sport 800 has everything you need for a comfortable ride.”
ALL-NEW TRIPLE ENGINE
The Tiger Sport 800’s triple engine develops 115PS and 84Nm of torque, with smooth, linear power delivery for instant, powerful acceleration when you need it. The distinctive, powerful roar from the stainless steel exhaust further enhances that feeling of acceleration. The
standard six-speed gearbox with Triumph Shift Assist ensures smooth, precise and fatigue-free gear changes even on long journeys. A slip-assist clutch improves low-end control, while an incredibly light and precise clutch lever provides added rider support, especially in congested urban areas.
Light cornering and agile driving
The Tiger Sport 800 is equipped with fully adjustable Showa suspension components, including 41mm inverted separate function cartridge forks with adjustable rebound and compression damping.
The rear also features a Showa monoshock with adjustable rebound damping and generous 150mm of wheel travel, complemented by a remote hydraulic preload adjuster that makes it easy to optimize your riding style, even when carrying luggage or a passenger.
Triumph-branded radially mounted, four-piston brake calipers with two 310mm front discs and a single-piston sliding caliper with a 255mm rear disc provide easy braking and excellent stopping power, even when fully loaded with luggage or a passenger. Lightweight cast aluminum wheels are fitted with Michelin Road 5 Sport Touring tires, providing excellent grip and rider confidence in all riding conditions.

Triumph Tiger Sport 800
The Tiger Sport 800’s relaxed riding position puts you in a nearly upright position. The comfortable, ergonomic seat features thick padding for support for both rider and pillion. The rear seat features an integrated grab handle for added passenger safety. The
835mm seat height and narrow width provide confidence at low speeds and allow for confident foot placement when stopped.
Additional features include an easily adjustable, one-handed windscreen and integrated wind deflector for improved rider comfort at higher speeds, and a large 18.6-litre fuel tank, making this the perfect vehicle for long weekend trips.
Rider-centric technology
The Tiger Sport 800 is packed with technology to help riders get the most out of their bike in any condition, ensuring peace of mind without sacrificing the thrill of riding.
Three rider modes—Sport, Road, and Rain—are accessible at the touch of a button. Compared to the “Road” setting, “Sport” mode provides a more aggressive throttle response, allowing riders to more easily extract the performance of the 798cc triple-cylinder engine. Meanwhile, “Rain” mode provides safer riding in wet conditions by providing earlier traction control intervention and softer throttle response.
Additionally, optimized cornering ABS and traction control provide greater rider confidence in a variety of conditions, allowing riders to focus on enjoying the ride. This advanced technology utilizes a 6-axis Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) to calculate the bike’s lean angle and automatically adjust intervention levels for optimal performance and control. Cruise control adds convenience and reduces rider fatigue on long-distance rides.
The compact, clean-lined LCD multi-function instrument cluster with a TFT colour display is easy to read at a glance and convenient switch cubes make operation simple, while the My Triumph Connectivity System comes as standard, allowing you to control turn-by-turn navigation, phone calls, music and more, all via Bluetooth.

Triumph Tiger Sport 800
The all-LED lighting system with distinctive Daytime Running Lights (DRL) ensures excellent visibility while increasing visibility from the outside on any road and creating a unique, aggressive look.
