The Medley 200 is an urban scooter fitted with lightweight large-diameter aluminum cast wheels (16-inch front and 14-inch rear) and a powerful water-cooled, four-stroke, single-cylinder 200cc engine with a maximum output of 13kW (17.7ps) and a maximum torque of 16.5N・m. The frame is made of sturdy tubular steel.

The vehicle is equipped with Piaggio’s unique start-stop system, RISS (Regulator Inverter Start & Stop System), which replaces the starter motor with a brushless electric device by directly attaching it to the crankshaft, thereby reducing fuel consumption, reducing weight, improving reliability, and achieving quieter engine starts.

The headlights, blinkers, and other lights are now fully LED, and the meters use LCDs for excellent visibility. The fuel tank has been placed in the center of the footboard, increasing the storage space under the seat. This means you can refuel without getting off the seat. Mass centralization (distributing mass in the center) also brings benefits such as improved ride comfort.

The main seat and pillion seat are designed to be comfortable and wide enough for long-distance riding. The seats themselves feature an electric opening and closing function that can be controlled with a button on the handlebar (a mechanical opening and closing command is also available). 

The large-diameter wheels, which provide excellent driving stability at medium to high speeds, are available in different diameters: 16 inches at the front and 14 inches at the rear. The stylishly designed wheels are made of lightweight six-piece cast aluminum, and the tires are available in sizes 100/80-16 at the front and 120/70-14 at the rear.

The front and rear brakes are disc type that exert stable braking force, and are combined with a Φ260mm front disc rotor and a Φ240mm rear disc rotor. Both the front and rear brakes are equipped with 2-channel ABS as standard.

The lineup also includes convenient dedicated accessories such as an aerodynamic windshield, 32-liter and 37-liter top cases (matching colors), and anti-slip mats.
