The RSV4 is a full-cowl supersport model that incorporates a generous amount of MotoGP machine technology and is Aprilia’s flagship model, equipped with a water-cooled, 4-stroke, V4, DOHC, 4-valve, 1,099cc engine. Based on this RSV4, the Tuono V4 and Tuono V4 Factory shown in the photo have been given a naked-style look with the addition of a half-cowl and semi-up handlebars.
The engine is designed for use on the streets as well as for touring, as well as for sports driving, and has lower maximum output than the RSV4, a genuine sports machine designed for speed on the circuit, with an emphasis on torque in the mid-range.
As its name suggests, the “Factory” version is a high-end model positioned as a factory specification (works specification) of the “Tuono V4.” Based on the standard version, the Tuono V4, it is equipped with full-fledged equipment such as an electronically controlled semi-active suspension made by Ohlins.

The new 2025 model features revised exterior graphics and detailed shapes. The headlight shape and front cowl spoiler have been updated to the same design as the new RSV4 (2025 model), resulting in a slimmer design.
The engine is the same as the previous model, a water-cooled, 4-stroke, 65° V-type, 4-cylinder, DOHC, 4-valve, 1,099cc. Maximum output has increased from 175ps/11,350rpm to 180ps/11,800rpm. Maximum torque has also been increased from 121N・m/9,000rpm to 121N・m/9,600rpm. The new throttle body and exhaust system have been inherited from the RSV4, and a 5hp power increase has been achieved while maintaining the ride feel that is focused on the mid-range.
The traction control system, which can be adjusted in eight stages, works synergistically with the new ASC (Aprilia Slide Control), which can be adjusted in three stages, further improving the riding experience of the 2025 model.
The Tuono V4 Factory is based on the standard Tuono V4 and comes equipped with an Öhlins electronically controlled semi-active suspension as standard. The semi-active Smart EC2.0 suspension system technology allows for easy adjustment of the fork, shock absorber, and steering damper.
The Tuono V4 Factory also comes with a wide range of exclusive accessories, including an upturned handlebar for a more comfortable ride, high-quality carbon fiber exterior parts, a TPMS sensor for monitoring tire pressure, and a high-performance slip-on carbon fiber exhaust system.
