The engine displacement remains the standard 123cc, but by changing to the following parts a significant power increase has been achieved!

High compression piston kit

The cylinder head and cylinder are standard, but the pistons have been changed to high compression types to increase output.

The pistons are designed to achieve a high compression ratio, highly efficient combustion, and low friction, and are made with attention to detail to achieve the optimal shape. High-rigidity forged aluminum is used to withstand the high compression ratio.

The piston diameter is Φ50mm (same bore diameter as the standard), and the compression ratio has been increased to 12.5:1 (the standard piston is 10.0:1).

Sports camshaft (N-10)

The optimal profile maximizes the performance of the stock cylinder head, improving output performance. By installing it on a stock engine, output at high rpm is also increased. By removing the decompression parts from the stock camshaft and installing it on a sports camshaft, it becomes an auto-decompression specification.

Big throttle body kit Φ34 (for stock cylinder head)

This big throttle body kit was developed for the Special Parts Takegawa engine parts. By adopting a Φ34mm big throttle body, the performance of the Special Parts Takegawa engine parts is maximized, resulting in increased power output.

The engine area can be kept compact, and it can be installed without ruining the silhouette of the vehicle. No modification to the cowl or wiring is required, and it can be installed with just a bolt-on. An air filter with excellent intake efficiency is also included. *Cannot be used with a stock engine.

FI CON TYPE-X (injection controller)

This injection controller can be attached to the stock ECU via a coupler. It comes with a variety of preset MAPs to suit each engine specification. Simply select the MAP that matches the specifications of the bore-up kit or throttle body you are using on your smartphone or computer to complete the basic operation and get ready to ride.

It has been designed to be fully usable by even high-end users, allowing you to create your own settings or new maps based on existing maps. Connecting to a PC or smartphone while the engine is running allows you to view the tachometer screen, which is extremely useful for setting up your car. It also displays a throttle opening graph. It also allows you to monitor engine temperature. It also has a rev limit function. It can also be installed simultaneously with the Honda genuine immobilizer alarm.

ハイコンプピストンキット装着に関して

スペシャルパーツ武川製ハイコンプピストンキットの装着により、エンジン出力、トルクが大幅にアップする為、クランクシャフトには、ねじれやたわみ等の負担が増加します。SP武川では、クランクシャフトの負担をを軽減させる為、クランクシャフトサポートアダプターの同時装着をお薦めします。クランクシャフトサポートアダプターは、クランクシャフトフライホイール側末端にボールベアリングによる支持を追加することにより、ねじれやたわみ等を抑え、クランクシャフトの耐久性を高めます。

Large-capacity injector (G-1)

When a high compression piston kit, sports camshaft, FI CON TYPE-X (injection controller), and big throttle body kit are installed, the stock fuel injectors do not inject enough fuel to accommodate the increased intake air volume, so they are replaced with these large-capacity fuel injectors.
