Kawasaki Z900RS…Complete machine built by RCM at Sanctuary (serial number: RCM-777)

The frame has been reinforced with an OVER Racing aluminum subframe kit and a NITRO Racing aluminum down tube kit, which add a touch of style to the bike.

The front and rear wheels have been changed to O.Z Racing GASS RS-A Z900RS wheels, with sizes F3.50-17 / R5.50-17.

The swingarm is customized with a SCULPTURE Wide + Monaka-style stabilizer and racing stand hook, and the muffler is a NITRO Racing Weldraft 3D Titanium Full EX.

The handlebars are Daytona aluminum separates (with bushings welded to the pipe ends), and the seat is a Daytona RCM Concept Cozy.

The bike is fitted with a half-type rocket cowl made by American Dream and a single round headlight. The front forks are reinforced with an inverted E×M package TYPE-II made by Ohlins.

The photo shows the “RCM-777,” based on the Z900RS and produced by RCM (Radical Construction Manufacture), a fully custom-made bike from the custom shop “SANCTUARY.”

“RCM” is a fully custom-made complete machine production system developed by Sanctuary, which started in 2000.

RCM primarily accepts applications for Japanese on-road sports models. Up until now, they have revived “treasured big bikes” such as the Kawasaki air-cooled Z series, various older Kawasaki Ninja models, Kawasaki Zephyr series, Suzuki Katana series, and Honda CB-F series as modern versions.

RCM’s latest model, the RCM-777, has been developed and is being introduced with new parts for the Z900RS, which will be released in 2025. The cowl stays have been modified and a rocket cowl developed and manufactured by “American Dream” has been lowered and fitted. The beautiful cafe racer style is finished in an exquisite unity with the gas tank and rear cowl.
