An evolution of “Newtro Fashion” that combines retro and modern styles
Yamaha’s 125cc scooter, the Vinoora, has been announced in Taiwan as a 2025 model. Based on the concept of “Newtro Fashion,” the design is characterized by a combination of nostalgia and modernity. The two round headlights and curvaceous body lines create a Showa-era atmosphere. New color options, such as “Tokushima Indigo Dye,” “Showa Cloth,” and “Amber Burnt Sugar,” have been added, further emphasizing the retro feel.
Improved functionality in pursuit of practicality and comfort
The 2025 model features an expanded front storage space that can accommodate a 700cc beverage bottle. It also comes equipped with a QC 3.0 compatible USB Type-C charging port, allowing for smooth smartphone charging. Furthermore, the adoption of a smart start system ensures quiet and smooth engine starts, resulting in a comfortable ride.
A wide variety of models available
The Vinoora Standard has a low seat height of 745mm and a lightweight body weighing just 94kg, making it easy to handle even for women and beginners. The Vinoora Smart Key now comes in new Morandi colors, such as “Chigusa” and “Kirizakura,” creating a soft atmosphere. The interior is made of a composite material containing 5% natural minerals, giving it a natural feel. Convenience has also been improved with features such as a sensor-activated smart key and seats that open and close automatically.
