The KLX110R L is a competition-only model that allows a wide range of riders, from children to adults, to enjoy off-road riding. It is equipped with a 111cc air-cooled, 4-stroke, SOHC, single-cylinder engine mounted on a sturdy backbone frame, and is mated to a 4-speed transmission and manual clutch for a sporty ride.
The biggest feature is the adoption of KACR (Kawasaki Automatic Compression Release). This function greatly improves engine starting, allowing even beginners to start the engine with confidence. Combined with an electric starter, it achieves reliable and stable starting.
Fully equipped with safety features for safe riding
The KLX110R L is packed with safety features that are also designed with beginners in mind. It is equipped with a stopper to prevent over-opening the throttle, reducing the risk of falling due to sudden acceleration. A large chain guide and heat protector are also standard equipment, further enhancing safety.
The four-speed transmission and manual clutch make off-road riding even more sporty, and by learning how to operate the clutch, you can develop more serious motorcycle riding skills.
Suspension that combines off-road performance and stability
The suspension of the KLX110R L is designed with an emphasis on off-road performance and stability. The front uses a telescopic fork with a 140mm stroke, providing stable handling even on rough roads.
The rear suspension is equipped with a gas-charged shock absorber, ensuring 132mm of wheel travel, and demonstrating excellent maneuverability even over large bumps and uneven surfaces. This combination of front and rear suspensions provides stable handling that allows even beginners to enjoy off-road driving with confidence.
Changes for the 2025 model
The 2025 model has undergone color and graphic changes. It comes in two colors: lime green (GN1) and bright white (WT1), both of which feature the sporty design typical of the KLX series.
There are no changes to the basic performance or equipment, and the KACR, electric starter, and various safety equipment have been retained.
