Bright and easy-to-read 6-inch LCD monitor
Smartphones are now a necessity when touring. The Smart Ride Monitor is a must-have item that makes smartphones easier to use and protects them from drops and damage.

The Smart Ride Monitor “AIO-6 MAX,” released by Tanax, a manufacturer specializing in motorcycle accessories, features a 6-inch LCD with a high-brightness 2000nit IPS touch panel. Compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, it can display smartphone screens and be operated via the touch panel, and can also function as a drive recorder or blind spot detection system by connecting front and rear cameras. The user interface is simple and easy to understand, and the main screen displays a wide range of information, including speed, mileage, direction of travel, time, battery voltage, bank angle, and tire pressure, as well as engine information if the optional OBD module is connected.

You can operate smartphone apps on the monitor without any hassle.
The optional front and rear camera set (SRS-031/28,600 yen) uses a 2-megapixel CMOS sensor. When connected to the Smart Ride Monitor, the camera records clear images at 1080P 55fps, and can be controlled from the monitor. It also comes equipped with a blind spot detection system (BSD function), which automatically detects approaching vehicles from the rear of the bike using smart AI and notifies the monitor of vehicles approaching from behind, alerting the rider.

If you install front and rear cameras, you can also add a dashcam function.

If a camera is installed, it will detect vehicles approaching from behind and warn you on the monitor.
There are three ways to secure it to your vehicle. It can be attached to the handlebars or clamp bar using the included fixed mount, or you can use the optional universal quick release base set (SRS-032/19,800 yen) to remove and install the Smart Ride Monitor with one touch when parking or taking a break. The BMW quick release base set (SRS-033/19,800 yen) not only allows for easy installation and removal, but also allows you to control the unit using BMW’s genuine multi-controller “Wonder Wheel.”

A quick-release base set is also available as an option, which can be easily removed and carried when parking.

Models with 4G communication capabilities also available

In addition to data communication for the app, it also includes vehicle monitoring functionality.
Furthermore, the high-end model AIO-6LTE has an industry-first built-in 4G communication function in the Smart Ride Monitor itself. It is equipped with powerful monitoring functions that are useful for preventing motorcycle theft. Not only can you check the motorcycle’s location information in real time on your smartphone, but the sensor will immediately notify your smartphone if it detects vibration or impact. If the front and rear cameras are connected, you can check the footage in real time, so you can immediately grasp the motorcycle’s status even from a distance. The function that sends an alert to your smartphone when a vehicle or person enters the monitored area allows you to customize the monitoring area, so you can set the optimal range for your purpose, such as your home parking lot, your workplace, or when you’re out and about.
By using the dedicated app, you can record your riding route in real time and check riding data such as distance traveled, riding time, average speed, and top speed point on your smartphone. You can also save your touring route in the app. It also has a function that automatically calls for emergency services in the event of a fall. In the unlikely event that you are involved in an accident on your motorcycle, a one-minute countdown window will appear on the device’s screen. If you do not close this window within one minute, the phone notification function will automatically start and a rescue request message will be sent to your pre-set emergency contacts. This is a feature that gives you peace of mind even when touring solo.

In the unlikely event that you are involved in an accident, the system will automatically contact emergency numbers.
