The universal model comes with two types of mounting brackets and a longer wiring cable.
With the shift to LED headlights, the demand for fog lights seems to be on the rise. LED light is linear and, compared to halogen, its range of illumination is limited to within specified values, so it tends to appear dimmer than halogen. When riding at night on roads without streetlights, many riders feel that it would be better if the light was a little brighter to the sides. This is where fog lights come in, but conventional fog lights are designed to illuminate a wide range, so they not only illuminate left and right, but also up and down. This can be dazzling to oncoming vehicles, so while they may be usable on forest roads or mountain roads at night, the drawback is that they cannot be left on normally.

It produces a clearly visible white light. It also features a cut line to block light from reaching the top.

On rainy or foggy days, you can switch to a less reflective yellow light to ensure visibility.
The LED fog lamp kit released by Special Parts Takegawa uses cut lines on the fog lamps to cut the light that shines upward, reducing glare for oncoming vehicles and pedestrians. This means it won’t be a nuisance on roads with a lot of oncoming traffic or in urban areas. It also has a function that allows you to switch the light color between white and yellow. By connecting the optional “ON/OFF Bush Switch with Indicator Lamp” (5,280 yen), you can change the color of the fog lamps. In rainy or foggy conditions, the yellow light color reduces reflectivity and makes them easier to see, so you can switch depending on the weather, making driving safer.

The lineup of vehicle-specific kits is extensive, ranging from off-road models to sports and scooters.
The power cord connected to the main unit is long at approximately 600mm, and comes with two types of universal brackets with different fixing positions, allowing for a high degree of freedom in terms of the vehicle model and location of installation. LED fog lamp kits are also available, which come with dedicated installation kits for models such as the Rebel 250, Eliminator, and PCX. Model-specific models are also equipped with a welcome light function that flashes the fog lamps when the key is turned on, as well as a flash function that flashes the fog lamps. The kit also includes an “ON/OFF push switch with indicator lamp” that can turn the fog lamps on and off and change the light color.

The lineup also includes a single-light model for users who want a little extra brightness.
The general-purpose LED fog lamp kits are available in two brightness levels, 10W and 15W, and each is available in single-lamp and dual-lamp configurations. The vehicle-specific models vary in the combination of 10W, 15W, dual-lamp, and single-lamp configurations depending on the vehicle model.
