The driving force behind street trackers!

”Street trackers” were all the rage from the late ’90s to the 2000s. Those who experienced this movement firsthand are likely older men in their 40s and above. Machines based on dirt trackers, customized with “ska tune” or “long-swivel” styling, were often treated as fashionable “vehicles” rather than for their functionality or ease of riding.

The TW200 was released in 1987. In 1998, the E-type with round lights and small turn signals was released. In 2002, it became the TW225 with an increased displacement and was produced until 2007. There is also a 125cc version available overseas.

Street trackers, which had once fallen out of fashion, are now seeing a resurgence in popularity (?) as they are now being seen driving around town. However, it seems that fully stock models are rare, and most of them are lightly customized models that have been modified in some way.

Our motto is “Easy and stylish”!

The wheel cover has been granted design rights in Japan and overseas.

The first thing that catches your eye on this TW225 (demo vehicle) is the “wheel cover (cap).” Wheel covers (caps) are often seen on sports bicycles and customized motorcycles such as cruisers and Cubs, but they are essentially a “canvas” added to the base of the spoke rim, and when painted or pinstripe is added, they make a huge impact!

Achieves a light and comfortable handlebar!

The already short handlebars have been further shortened by cutting them by 52mm on both sides. The handlebars are simple with a Daytona NANO2 speedometer, toggle switches, and small fork-mounted mirrors.

“MAX GRIP” comes in a wide variety of colors. Another pattern has a paint that looks like the grip has melted, giving it a pop of color!

Around the front, a number plate has been added to the BMX-like short handlebars to create a “dirt track” atmosphere. Another highlight is that, instead of the standard bar end mirrors, the mirrors are set on the front fork using original stays to keep the cockpit area neat. Another nice touch is the rugged “front fork cover.”

At the rear, a 15cm long swingarm is set to extend the body, while the fork is extended and lowered at the front to adjust the front-to-rear balance. The rear shock is designed to be mounted in two stages.

Attention to detail, from the big things to the smallest details!

Original parts such as the tuck roll seat and slash cut muffler give it a custom feel, and in terms of finer details, a box has been placed under the seat to store electrical components such as a small battery (5LBS) and regulator, creating a clean, spacious interior.

Behind it is the familiar mudguard, but what is noteworthy is that it is made of carbon material and has a three-dimensional structure that also covers the area around the rear shock.

The yellowish white frame gives it a vintage look, and it is equipped with an original tandem bar and rear fender eliminator kit.

All of these “TO BE…” original parts can be installed with either bolt-on or tie-wrap. Why not customize it to your liking with paint or stickers to create a unique “fashion commuter”?
