The frame is a semi-double cradle perimeter structure that combines rigidity and flexibility, and combined with front and rear suspensions with long wheel travel, it enhances road-holding ability and stability.

The exterior is unified in an earthy gray color that conveys durability and reliability. The main parts, such as the engine, frame, and swingarm, are blacked out, emphasizing a bold and tough look. The shroud design features only the “Kawasaki” logo, creating a simple and functional style. It exudes a subdued presence that blends in with the surrounding scenery, even when outdoors or touring.

The KLX230 DF comes standard with practical equipment for outdoor-oriented riders. It is equipped with an engine guard to reduce engine damage in the event of a fall, a rear carrier to increase load capacity, and an aluminum skid plate to protect the underside of the engine from flying stones and road impacts. It also comes with handguards to improve maneuverability on forest roads and unpaved roads.

Meanwhile, the Ninja ZX-4RR is also equipped with a 399cc water-cooled, four-stroke, in-line four-cylinder engine, but with its SFF-BP front suspension and BFRC-lite rear shock, it delivers high dynamic performance both on the circuit and on the street.
